Grant Funds
New in 2021, the Friends of Wild River is offering funding from the following 3 grants:
1) Master Naturalist Grant: for anyone to become a Master Naturalist, sponsored by the Univ. of Minnesota. This grant will cover the tuition for the required courses. The money will be sent once the courses are completed.

2) Stan Nelson Project Grant: for misc. projects within Wild River State Park that contribute to the enjoyment and experiences of all who stop by.

3) Transportation Grant: money will be provided to school groups and other organizations to cover the cost of buses or other vehicles to transport children to Wild River State Park.

Once the download completes, enter the information in the pdf file and then either email it as an attachment to the Friends at info@friendsofwildriver.org.

Please allow 6 weeks for grant processing and approval. The grant/project must be approved by the Friends of Wild River State Park Board and the Park Naturalist.
